Gina Pellegrini is the owner of Pellegrini Team Consulting. A born entrepreneur, Gina helps others do what she has done so successfully -- create a niche by providing superior service and value to clients. Consulting with clients across the country, she draws from her own experience as a business owner and a former assistant for a top-producing insurance agent in Chicago. Gina helps business owners become more effective leaders and helps employees become more involved in decisions and goal setting. Gina works with clients to improve office systems, workflow, productivity, communication, and teamwork. She also offers team-building seminars, teleconference training, and hiring consultations. Gina is a nationally known speaker, featured at The Million Dollar Round Table and other conferences. She is the author of The Power of Two, a book on effective agent-assistant teams, and The Personnel Package, a CD and resource guide explaining the how-to's of hiring staff. Gina’s latest publication is The Appointment Scheduler, a book to help marketing assistants schedule appointments on a consistent basis. Gina has been affiliated with The Strategic Coach Program for over fifteen years and is an Associate Coach. I wouldn't be where I am today without my amazing team! |

Lisa Sauer has been with me for ten years as the Director of Operations. Her role has changed over the years, and today she keeps me in line by managing projects, overseeing the financials, and arranging my travel schedule. Lisa is the key to our company process. She is capable of multi-tasking and getting things done which is important when managing me. |

Laurel Cooper has the ability to handle anything thrown her way. After working with me for almost five years, she is like a carbon copy of me. With her many talents, Laurel is now on the sales team, looking for potential speaking engagements, cross-selling our products, and working closely with me with our core clients. If I'm out of the office, I know Laurel will handle the calls and clients as I would. |

Lynne Crist allows me to think big and create new programs and products. With her unique writing skills, she is capable of turning unsorted ideas into useful, easy-to-read materials. With five products under our belt, we have the synergy, knowledge, and skills to do another five. I know the products make a difference for the advisors and financial teams we work with. |

Kristina Pellegrini, my niece, has been working with me on the sales team for over a year. She makes calls on a daily basis, promoting our teleconference series and handling the behind-the-scenes details so I'm free to spend time with clients. Listening to Kristina on the phone takes me back to when I was making sales calls at the start of my career. I love having her as part of our team. |

Brian Lund is our jack of all trades, covering just about anything we need for marketing and promotions. He handles our website design, company graphics, PowerPoint presentations, tech issues, and marketing campaigns. Brian is very creative and business-minded. Plus he's a handyman. It sure is nice having a guy in the office. |
