The process begins with a series of fact-finding phone sessions. Gina helps the team determine what works in the business and what needs to be changed. From the calls, the company vision is defined and an action plan created to move the team forward.
After the calls, Gina will meet in person with the team. The purpose of the one-day office visit is to assess the office dynamics and develop team synergy. She and the team will review the company goals, explore team commitment, and streamline office procedures to increase productivity.
